Terms of Use
Effective date: November 1, 2026. This notice applies to the Erikyn Technologies corporate website. Separate products, stores, and services may have additional terms and notices shown at their own points of use.
Using the website
You may browse this website for lawful personal and business information. Do not misuse the site, interfere with its security or operation, attempt unauthorized access to nonpublic systems, or use automation in a way that disrupts the site or copies protected materials at scale. These terms do not restrict ordinary search indexing, accessibility tools, lawful research, interoperability, fair use, other statutory exceptions, or activity that cannot lawfully be restricted.
Ownership and permitted use
Erikyn Technologies LLC owns or is authorized to use the original software, source code, documentation, original text, graphics, photographs, designs, and other protectable expression presented on this corporate website, subject to applicable licenses and third-party rights. You may view and link to public pages. Reproduction, redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or commercial exploitation of Erikyn-owned material requires prior permission or a separate license. Facts, ideas, methods, generic recipes, public-domain works, and materials owned by others are not claimed. Erikyn business names, logos, and other marks may not be used to suggest sponsorship or endorsement without permission; no statement here claims that a mark is federally registered.
Customer-submitted information
You keep the rights you own in information and materials you submit. By sending a message or project request, you permit Erikyn and the communication provider to receive, review, and use that material only as reasonably needed to respond to the request, protect the service, or comply with law. This website does not accept manuscript uploads. If you later engage a separate Erikyn product or service, its specific written agreement will govern any additional license or processing needed to provide it. Erikyn does not acquire ownership of a customer's original work merely because it is discussed in an inquiry.
Separate businesses and third-party services
Business pages describe offerings at their stated availability. A page or inquiry is not an order, booking, accepted quote, or promise that a service is available. Any project begins only after the parties accept a separate agreement stating scope, price, schedule, deliverables, payment, revisions, cancellation, and support. The corporate site does not take payment. Links to Formspace, external stores, email providers, or other third parties are provided for their stated function; those services have their own terms, privacy practices, and availability. A purchase through an external store is subject to that provider's checkout and terms.
Availability and changes
Erikyn may change, suspend, or remove website content or a business offering. Descriptions are informational and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, a particular result, or a delivery date. Any applicable product warranty or service commitment must appear in the separate agreement or product terms.
Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by law, this website and its public information are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Erikyn does not exclude a warranty or right that the law makes non-waivable. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of this free corporate website. For a separate paid service, the applicable customer agreement controls its remedies and any liability limit; these website terms do not reduce rights that cannot legally be waived.
Governing law and disputes
These website terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence continue to apply. Before filing a claim, please contact contact@erikyn.com with a description of the issue so the parties can try to resolve it informally. Nothing in these terms requires arbitration, waives a right to bring a claim, or limits a remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.
Severability and updates
If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Erikyn may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after a change means the updated terms apply to future use, subject to notice or consent requirements imposed by law.
