Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy

Effective date: November 1, 2026. This notice applies to the Erikyn Technologies corporate website. Separate products, stores, and services may have additional terms and notices shown at their own points of use.

Copyright and original material

Copyright © 2026 Erikyn Technologies LLC. All rights reserved in original works owned by Erikyn, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. This may include original software and source code, documentation, text, graphics, photographs, designs, and original arrangements. Copyright protection does not extend to facts, ideas, methods, systems, generic recipes, or other material excluded by law. Erikyn does not claim ownership of customer work, public-domain material, or third-party works.

Software, brands, and commercial reuse

Do not copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit Erikyn-owned software or other protected expression without permission or an applicable license. Erikyn names, logos, and branding may not be used to imply endorsement, sponsorship, or official affiliation without permission, except where a use is allowed by law. This policy does not claim that Erikyn's names or marks are federally registered. Third-party names and marks remain with their respective owners.

Customer and third-party rights

Customers retain the rights they own in material they provide. A separate service agreement may grant only a limited license needed to provide that service. Open-source components and other licensed materials remain subject to their own license terms and notices. AI-assisted or AI-generated material is protected only to the extent applicable law recognizes protectable human authorship or other valid rights; Erikyn makes no guarantee that an output is unique, exclusive, or copyrightable.

Report a concern

If you believe material on this website infringes your copyright or other rights, email contact@erikyn.com with your name and contact details, identification of the work, the exact page and material at issue, an explanation of your rights and concern, and any information needed to assess the report. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information. Erikyn will review a sufficiently detailed report and may request additional information or remove or restrict material where appropriate.

If material was removed or restricted based on a copyright report, a person who believes that action was mistaken may send a counter-notice to the same address identifying the material and its former location, explaining the mistake, and providing contact and good-faith statements required by applicable law. Statutory notices and counter-notices have formal requirements and potential legal consequences; seek qualified advice before submitting one. This website does not host public user uploads, and this contact channel is not a representation that Erikyn has registered a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office.

Legal exceptions and contact

Nothing in this policy limits fair use, other statutory exceptions, open-source permissions, licenses, or rights that cannot be waived. For questions about this policy, contact contact@erikyn.com.
