Information handled through this website
This corporate website is a static information site. It does not provide customer accounts, on-site checkout, or a corporate database form. The general contact link opens a message in your own email application; nothing is sent unless you choose to send it. Website and project request links lead to Formspace, an independent form provider. Formspace currently asks visitors to verify their email before completing that form. Information submitted there is processed by Formspace and Erikyn to review and respond to the request. Do not include passwords, payment-card data, health information, or other sensitive information in an inquiry.
Hosting and security information
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When a browser requests a page, Cloudflare may process technical request and security information, such as network address, requested resource, time, browser or device details, and referral information, to deliver and protect the service. Cloudflare's handling and retention are subject to its own terms and privacy information. This website build contains no analytics or advertising tags that Erikyn uses to profile visitors. A third-party service may use its own cookies or similar technology under its own settings and notices.
How information is used and shared
Erikyn may use information you send to answer your message, evaluate a requested project, provide customer service, protect the business, and meet legal obligations. Information is shared only as reasonably needed with the service provider that handles the communication or form, with professional or government recipients where legally required, or as part of a lawful business transaction. Formspace and your email provider operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Erikyn does not control their systems, copies, or retention settings.
Retention and requests
No automatic 90-day deletion process for corporate inquiries has been verified, and Erikyn does not promise that email or Formspace records are deleted after 90 days. Retention can vary among Erikyn's mailbox and the independent providers that handle a message. You may ask Erikyn to locate, correct, or delete information it controls by writing to contact@erikyn.com. We will review the request and applicable recordkeeping duties; you may also need to contact Formspace or your email provider about information held in their systems.
Security
Erikyn uses the hosting and communication services configured for this website, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send sensitive credentials or financial account details through a general inquiry.
Privacy rights and children
Depending on where you live and whether a privacy law applies to Erikyn and the relevant processing, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, or to opt out of certain targeted advertising, sale, or profiling. This site build does not use Erikyn advertising or analytics tags for those purposes. Contact contact@erikyn.com to make a request; Erikyn may need to verify the request and will respond as required by applicable law. This corporate site is not directed to children under 13, and Erikyn does not knowingly ask children under 13 to submit personal information. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information may contact Erikyn.
